At RMS we don’t do “ISO in a box, insert name here solutions”. All our management systems are totally bespoke and are implemented based on a detailed understanding of your organisations challenges, needs and specific requirements.
Our tried and tested approach to implementing one (or many) ISO standards includes:
- Project kick off and gap analysis against the relevant standard(s)
- Delivery of a context workshop, to understand the issues, needs and expectations of your stakeholders, your processes & the proposed scope and boundaries of your management system.
- Undertaking a workshop with key stakeholders to determine your risks and opportunities in order to align your management system objectives to your organisational objectives.
- Creation and approval of relevant policies, procedures and operational controls to provide a consistent, repeatable way of working, supported by communication plans and tailored measures and metrics.
- Provision of bespoke awareness training to key stakeholders during the management system launch.
- Planning, conducting and reporting internal audits and their findings.
- Conducting management review and reporting performance to top management.
- Support at stage 1 and 2 certification audits with your chosen accredited certification body (Costed separately)
